Targeted lead generation, appointment setting and telemarketing
The first step in our Lead Generation process is to offer a consultation with our Marketing and Communications Consultant, if required, to help identify your key target market(s), define your service & value propositions and how best to communicate these.
This can include production of direct marketing materials to communicate the key features and benefits of your products and services to the target audience. A marketing communication sent to the target audience prior to calls being made acts as an introduction and reference point for the telemarketer to use with the prospect, typically resulting in a higher conversion rate.
Should this service not be required, the first step will be for our Lead Generation Manager to meet with you to discuss your overall aims and objectives and take you through our structured ‘take-on’ process. This process will ensure that we capture the specific information required to deliver a successful campaign as well as agree a framework for the project communications.
From there we will build the contact list for you based on the target market that has been identified during the ‘take-on.’ This list will include names and contact details of relevant people within the target organisations that can be used on an ongoing basis for your sales activities.
During the ‘take-on’ process we will agree with you the best method for scheduling appointments on your behalf. We will then contact the prospects on your list and arrange qualified appointments and leads for your business development personnel.
In addition to this your dedicated telemarketer will be in regular contact with you throughout the project to update you on progress and to fine-tune the messaging.
A report will be submitted to you monthly or upon project completion that will detail the following:
- prospects contacted
- breakdown on responses
- summary of appointments gained
- summary of feedback from prospects
- any other data agreed during the take-on
We will secure appointments that put your business development personnel in front of potential clients. Our aim is to assist companies in B2B markets who are seeking to expand their existing network of customers and grow sales revenue.
